DESCRIPTION:Head to the Roots is a dynamic roots rock band hailing from the heart of Rochester\, New York. Their music is a blend of raw rock energy and folky introspection\, often performed with collective improvisational spirit on stage. \nStarting the project in 2018\, lead singer and guitarist Anthony Siciliano released two EPs\, Transitions (2019) and Seeker (2021)\, both meticulously crafted in the acoustic haven of bedrooms and basements. In the autumn of 2024\, Anthony\, along with drummer Chris Palace and a cadre of local talent\, unveiled their debut LP\, Rising. Recorded at 1809 Studio with producer Dave Drago at the helm\, Rising captures the group’s evolving sound and adds a fresh layer to their roots rock landscape. \nBeyond the studio\, Head to the Roots tours the states\, delivering fun and uplifting live performances.
