Hoochenanny Festival Announces 2026 Dates and Move to Center Park West for Third Annual Event from August 14 to 16

Three-day festival has new home in Town of Perinton following record-breaking year

ROCHESTER, N.Y.—March 6, 2026—Following a record-breaking second year, organizers of Hoochenanny announced that the festival will return Friday, August 14 through Sunday, August 16, 2026, at a new location, Center Park West in the Town of Perinton, 1100 Ayrault Rd., Fairport, N.Y.

The music lineup, whiskey programming and information on vendor applications will be announced this spring.

The move to Perinton reflects the festival’s continued growth and the opportunity to expand the experience in a larger setting while strengthening connections with the Fairport and Perinton business community. Organizers are working closely with Town staff to prepare for a successful festival weekend.

Hoochenanny Festival, updated from the Hoochenanny Whiskey & Music Festival, reflects the inclusive spirit of the weekend, celebrating live music, community pride, whiskey, craft beverages and American craftsmanship.

More than 8,000 people from more than 30 U.S. states and Canada attended the second annual Hoochenanny, held August 8 to 10, 2025. The three-day event united live music, whiskey tastings, craft beverages, food and artisan goods for a weekend celebrating American craftsmanship. VIP passes for Saturday and Sunday sold out, and attendance grew to thousands from just a few hundred in 2023, its inaugural year.

“We’re excited to bring the Hoochenanny Festival to the Town of Perinton and begin the next chapter of the festival in Fairport,” said Sean McCarthy, co-owner of the festival. “The new location gives us the space to continue growing while creating even more opportunities for guests, partners and vendors. The Town of Perinton shares our vision for building something meaningful that celebrates craftsmanship, music and community, and we’re looking forward to working together to shape the future of the festival.”

“Hoochenanny 2025 was a true celebration of craftsmanship across music, art, food and spirits, all rooted in our ethos of Cultivating the Uncommon,” said Tommy Brunett, co-founder of the festival and co-owner of Iron Smoke Distillery in the Village of Fairport. “Moving the festival to Perinton allows us to grow the experience while strengthening our connection to the Fairport community that Iron Smoke calls home. Sean and I see tremendous opportunity to collaborate with local businesses and partners while building a festival that continues to raise the bar for the region.”

“This festival represents the very best of Perinton — a community that dreams boldly, works collaboratively, and brings big ideas to life. We’re ready to welcome this event to our town and proud to support the vision of Perinton residents who work hard to give back to our community. Events like this bring people together, support local businesses, and showcase what makes Perinton such a special place,” said Perinton Town Supervisor Jenn Townsend.
