Saturday, October 21, 2023 will be held at Geneseo Village Park in the Town & Village of Geneseo, New York located at 132 Main St, Geneseo, NY 14454.

Geneseo Village Park is the perfect setting to enjoy live music, partake in tasting through some of the best purveyors in the New York area, and be a part of the uncommon.

The Village Township of Geneseo and Hoochenanny Team work hard to put on a wonderful experience while at the same time making sure we can leave the land untouched. Please, as a festival goer, we kindly ask you to do your part, and leave the land un-littered or otherwise harmed by your attendance.

Gates open for Hoochenanny Festival on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at 12pm. Festival concludes at 10pm.

1-Day General Admission Ticket – Access to all the music, Makers Fair, curated food offerings, and uncommon experiences!

The Whole Expedition VIP Ticket – inclusive of tickets to all of the festivities for both days (Friday, October 20, 2023 and Saturday, October 21, 2023).

Friday will be held at the Wadsworth Homestead that is just across the street from Village Park. This is a sip and stroll event featuring libations, tastings, and chef-curated small bites on the lawn of the homestead with an intimate concert as the backdrop.

Saturday Music and Whiskey Festival – Gates are at 12pm and will go until 10pm. You will have access to the climate controlled VIP lounge with a private bar, and first come first serve VIP seating area along with a standing stage viewing area. There will be some fun experiential elements for you to enjoy in the tented VIP area as well. You will also have access to the Rickhouse Rendezvou where you will have the opportunity to sample from different NY distilleries along with programming on the History of New York and Whiskey amongst other topics. There will be a Makers Fair outside of the event as well with items for purchase from NY based Makers. The Whole Expedition includes VIP parking for both days!

The Saturday 1-Day VIP Ticket – includes music, VIP lounge, and Rickhouse access – Gates are at 12pm and will go until 10pm. You will have access to the VIP lounge with a private bar and first come first serve private seating area. There will be some fun experiential elements for you to enjoy in that area as well. You will also have access to the Rickhouse Rendezvou where you will have the opportunity to sample from different NY distilleries along with programming on the History of New York and Whiskey amongst other topics. There will be a Makers Fair outside of the event as well with items for purchase from NY based makers.

Rickhouse Rendezvous – Additional access to a one-of-a-kind educational whiskey tasting experience. An immersive ancillary event at the festival that brings together current connoisseurs and future enthusiasts with NY-made whiskey brands for tastings, educational talks, and signature cocktails.

• Whiskey samplings from 13 New York based distilleries
• One-of-a-kind creative whiskey cocktails that cannot be found anywhere else at the festival
• Pop-up talks and experiential elements to create an experience you’ll not soon forget

Makers Fair – Hoochenanny Makers Fair is a free and open to the public event will be held in tandem with the Hoochenanny Whiskey and Music Festival on Saturday, October 21, 2023 in the Village of Geneseo, NY.

NON-REFUNDABLE:  All ticket sales are final.  There are no refunds on tickets for any reason.

SUBJECT TO SEARCH AT THE GATE:  We do respect your privacy, however for the safety of everyone at the festival, we reserve the right to search items you carry in or your person for weapons, outside alcohol, and any other prohibited items.  Please respect our festival rules.

RE-ENTRY:  You will not be able to re-enter the festival after 7pm. You will get a wristband when you first present your ticket at the front gate. Anytime before 7pm that you leave the festival grounds and return you are subject to

We welcome guests of all ages, but as this event is geared towards a 21+ audience experience. All guests will be required to purchase a ticket no matter the age.

GENERAL PARKING:  We encourage festival guests to carpool. Paid and street parking is available around the Village of Geneseo. Rideshare options may be sparse getting back to your original destination. We highly recommend coordinating your return transportation in advance of the event.

PREFERRED PARKING:  The Whole Expedition ticket purchasers will take advantage of complimentary VIP parking inclusive of a preferred parking pass near the event.

No pets are allowed.

Service animals are allowed in accordance with Federal ADA regulations. Please keep in mind this is limited to a service animal as defined by ADA Regulations. Animals not meeting the definition of a service animal as defined by the ADA, will be turned away at the gate.

To make sure you have everything you need at Hoochenanny, feel free to bring the following items:

• Sunscreen
• A hat for shade
• Sunglasses
• Backpacks (subject to searches)
• Blankets
• Your favorite hoodie (if applicable)
• Bug spray (we recommend without DEET – be green!)
• Rain gear (if applicable)
  • Umbrellas are permitted if for personal use
• Mobile phone cameras and point and shoot cameras with attached lenses are permitted.
  • Professional cameras with detachable lenses are prohibited unless you have a media pass. Please email info@hoochenanny.com to apply for media credentials.

CREDIT CARDS AND CASH:  Credit cards and debit cards will be taken throughout the festival.

Hoochenanny Festival is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be given for inclement weather. Come prepared.

We are an outdoor event which inherently is safer for any situation involving communicable disease.  

We continue to take any risk of any and all communicable diseases and infections seriously.  Hoochenanny Festival will look to the CDC and the State of New York for guidance.

If the State of New York mandates any protocols on the event dates, Hoochenanny Festival will be rescheduled and all ticket buyers will be given the opportunity to use their ticket for the rescheduled event at no cost.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present.

COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. 

According to the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

By attending Hoochenanny Festival, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. Help keep each other healthy.

In accordance with Federal ADA regulations, service animals are allowed. Please keep in mind this is limited to a service animal as defined by ADA Regulations. Please see the section about pets at the festival.

Guests with mobility needs will be able to access every part of the festival grounds. However, some of the terrain is slightly inclined, so please take caution and ask a neighbor for assistance if needed. There will be ADA restrooms available.
